Dongguan Qi Bang He Yu jewelry had tooken part in HK jewelry show during March 01st to 05th.

The Hong Kong exhibition features customers from all over the world. This is the first international jewelry exhibition since the release of COVID-19. Therefore, the number of participants in this exhibition is several times the number of people in the past exhibition.

In the past five days, we all felt very hard, because we had to receive a large number of people every day, and we almost had no time to sit and rest. However, I still felt it was worth it, because we could learn a lot, feel the English environment, and cultivate the working relationship with colleagues and improve ourselves

Next, I would like to talk about a few key points that I have summarized.

1. The exhibition preliminary preparation should be sufficient.

As a sale, a familiarity with the product is essential. Because you act as a bridge between the company and the customer, whether there is a problem you introduce will directly affect the customer's willingness to buy, therefore, you should fully understand the company's products before departure

2. Image and attitude are very important

As an enterprise, the image of employees and their mental outlook directly reflect the style of the enterprise, the image of employees is the face of a company, only to maintain the personal image, the image of the company can have a good performance.

Attitude, which is a very important issue, attitude is very important for a salesperson, because the first contact of customers is sales, if the sales do not care, but just caught by customers such attitude, then the customer will feel that we are not professional enough to retain the customer's heart

3. Analyze the customers effectively

Visitors can be divided into the following categories: exhibitors, people from other industries, people who want to buy people, people who want to know the market, people who want to buy samples on site. We should respond to the characteristics of the analyst

4. The competitiveness of the products

Customers have a purchase demand, but there are so many similar products in the market, how should we get customers to buy our products.

This needs to improve the competitiveness of our products, specific we can start in the product design, popularity, quality, price and so on. Before the exhibition, we should analyze the market, the competitors have what advantages, we should learn to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, so that customers have a bright feeling, in order to better win the orders of customers

Finally, when the exhibition is over, we can only say that the work is only half done. What really works is the follow-up after the exhibition.

We should do a good job in customer classification, according to the negotiation process, can be specific segmentation of customers, according to different categories to follow up customers

Contact customers in time, you can put forward the details the customer asked at that time in the communication, so that customers feel that we are attention to them and feel driven.

Timely follow up to prevent customer loss, and contact customers regularly for the negotiation stage.

This exhibition, profit a lot, looking forward to attending the Hong Kong exhibition in September this year. Hopefully I will show a new side
